Custom Installations      
1.jpg (60287 bytes) Three 10-ton Kone Cranes installed on a Lift supplied runway system at a major Midwest paving equipment manufacturer. . A fully-enclosed air-conditioned crane cab having seat mounted cab master controls.  This cab replaced an existing open cab in an Upper-Midwest steel foundry.
6.jpg (37245 bytes) This is one of a pair of 5-ton cranes having the girder built on a 30 degree angle.  The cranes ride on TC/American patented track and feature two Coffing hoists, one @ 3-ton capacity, and one @ 2-ton capacity.   A crane and runway system having two side-by-side self supported runways.  Each runway has two @ 5-ton Kone cranes installed on it.  The crane system fits under a roof-supported crane system that also uses Kone Cranes.  This system is installed in Colorado.

This is a 195’ length Kone Cranes system with12 @ 7-ton hoists used to lift complete barge cover sets so that the barge can be unloaded.  The crane rides on nine flexibly suspended TC/American patented track runways using a positive gear-rack drive system.  This system was installed near New Orleans, LA.

  4.jpg (44870 bytes) This 25-ton crane system and runway system were supplied for machine maintenance.  The runway is a self standing system, with the crane having all frequency drive controls for bridge, trolley, and hoist.

A crane and runway system Lift supplied to a physics research facility located 2400’ under the surface of the earth.  The 7 ½-ton crane and runway are hung right off of the rock walls of the cavern.

These are two of ten cranes supplied to a transformer rebuild facility in the upper Midwest.  The crane in the foreground is a 25-ton crane with a built-up crane trolley, the crane in the background is a 115/20-ton bridge crane.   3.jpg (41420 bytes) A crane and runway system having three @ 1-ton and one @ 3-ton Kone cranes with Coffing electric chain hoists.  The cranes and hoists all use frequency drive controls.  This system is installed in Colorado.
